Can I watch TV shows with TuVu?

No, sorry.  TuVu is for keeping track of which TV shows you have watched, you cannot view shows with TuVu.

Why are some show details are not available in my language?

Unfortunately not all shows and episodes have been translated to your language. If you find a show that has not been translated, please consider contributing to the translations at available at www.thetvdb.com
